Police Reports, Body Camera, and Dash Cam footage are available to all citizens according to Ohio Law. To request these documents, please contact 614 836-5355, submit a form to our Police Administration through policeadmin@madisontownship.org or stop in during business hours. Please be aware, you have the right to maintain your anonymity.
To obtain a copy of a crash report, please visit https://ohtrafficdata.dps.ohio.gov/crashretrieval and fill out all known information. If the report is not available on this site, the report is not yet available for public record. If you have any questions, please call the office at (614) 836-5355.
The following charges apply to physical paper copies. Emailed reports are free of charge.
Black and White Copies $.05 per page
Color Copies $.25 per page
Compact Discs (audio or video) $1.50 each
USB Flash Drive (up to 32GB) $3.00 each
Crash Reports (OH-1) $4.00 each (per ORC 5502-12)
