Fire Reports are available to all citizens according to Ohio Law. EMS Reports can be requested by the patient or guardian with proper identification. To request these documents, please contact
(614) 837-7883, submit a form to our Office Manager at dwears@madisontownship.org or stop in during business hours.
Environmental Records can be obtained by contacting Fire Marshall Scott Hite at shite@madisontownship.org.
