Residents may address the Board during Public Comment at each meeting. Public Comment is the second item on the agenda each month. Be sure to complete a request to speak form (located at the sign-in notebook on the wooden table when you enter the Community Center meeting room) if you wish to address the Board during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. The form must be turned into the Chairman or Administrator prior to the 6 pm start of the meeting.
