Facility Rentals


We are taking reservations for 2025 events at the Community Center.

Reservations for events in the Madison Township Community Center are limited to 2 events per household at a time. To facilitate reservations, it is recommended to have several backup dates in case a preferred date is unavailable.

The Administrative Office is currently taking 2025 reservations. To make a reservation, call the administration office at (614) 836-5308 during business hours to check availability.

The cost to rent the Madison Township Community Center is as follows:

  • Township Residents (address will be verified): $25.00 for the first four hours and an additional $10.00 for every hour after that.

  • Non-Township Residents: $100 for the first 2 hours (2-hour minimum) and $25 per additional hour.

The new rates are outlined in greater detail below.

Madison Township Community Center

The Madison Township Community Center is available to host special events, meetings, and other gatherings. The facility comes with a kitchen area that includes a stove (to keep food warm), microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, coffee pot (upon request), and plenty of counter space.

Tables and chairs to sit up to 100 people are provided upon request. You are responsible for providing any food, decorations, music, etc. that you wish to have. The room capacity is 100.
See below for some pictures of the room set up for events. The room is 50 ft x 37 ft in size.

The Community Center is by reservation only. The cost to rent the Community Center has recently increased, starting with 2023 reservations. The updated cost is as follows:

  • Township Residents (address will be verified): $25.00 for the first four hours and an additional $10.00 for every hour after that.

  • Non-Township Residents: $100 for the first 2 hours (2-hour minimum) and $25 per additional hour.

  • Non-Profits, school groups, and sports teams: $25 annual fee. Limited to one event per month on a weekday (Monday - Thursday). If a weekend date is reserved, rates align with the host’s residency status in Madison Township.

Payment types accepted are cash, check, and credit cards (with an additional fee). The Community Center is able to be reserved 7 days a week, excluding major holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 pm on weekends, and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays as available. Individuals are limited to holding two reservations at one time.

To inquire about available dates, please call the Madison Township Administration offices at (614) 836-5308 during business hours. Reservations will not be accepted any other way. The Office is generally open Monday-Friday from 8 am - 4 pm. We are closed on major holidays. It is recommended to have a few dates as alternatives, in case your preferred date is not available.

We will NOT be accepting shelter reservations for 2025 at Brobst Park on Winchester Pike.  We are excited to be making improvements to our drainage system, doing a parking lot expansion, and adding new playground equipment for all. 

We understand that this is an inconvenience, and we appreciate everyone who uses our park regularly.  We hope that once all the construction is completed and our shelters are open for use, you will find our park even more enjoyable.
