We value and strive to improve relationships with persons inside and outside of Madison Township Fire Department. One of Madison Township Fire Department’s top priorities is to deliver quality customer service. 

We believe that appropriate education and training better prepares us to provide quality customer service. Community growth and development helps to guide the services we provide and the manner in which we provide those services. 

We believe it is incumbent on us to be good stewards by being fiscally responsible with the resources the citizens have provided us. As members of a dedicated team of professionals, it is our responsibility to treat everyone with dignity and respect while providing the best service possible. 

We utilize technology to enhance our efficiency, effectiveness and provision of additional services to our customers. We value the ability to tell the difference between right and wrong and make decisions based on those differences without consideration of personal interests.
